In the backyard...

I spent some time in my backyard today, taking some pictures and enjoying
the quiet. But it was dark and rainy for most of the day, so I got a little wet. However, the weather made for some great moody shots.

These streamers have been on the tree since the Fourth of July
and now with the absence of leaves I think they look really nice.

I don't know why, but when I look at this picture
it reminds me of the lyrics "I can see a lot of life in you" from
the song The dress looks nice on you by Sufjan Stevens.
