New direction......

Today, I feel like my life has taken a new direction, and I have more confidence in my abilities as a photographer, student, and person. I am excited about this new walk of life and maybe a little nervous too. But, it's just like the famous song says "Just put one foot in front of the other and soon you'll be walking out the door." I know that sounds cheesy, but its good advice and something I want to follow to the fullest. Happy cheesy Tuesday people....

Weather......

Two days ago it was 62, yesterday it was rainy, and today, Chicago is waiting on snow. The weather is crazy right now and I can't wait for spring to come. Even though, the weather is nuts, I guess I can't complain too much, because it has been great for some outdoor shots!

Ruined...

The other day I decided to be a good big sister and make my brother's favorite chocolate chip cookies. Everything was going good, until, I realized, I had made a mistake when mixing the cookie batter. Instead of adding 2 teaspoons of baking soda, I had added 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Needless to say, they were the worst cookies, I have ever had. I ended up trashing the cookies, because no one was brave enough to eat them.
